The National Olympic Committees or NOCs around the world meet at least once in every two years. The group which meets together is called the Association of National Olympic Committees or ANOC. The Association of National Olympic Committees helps all the NOCs to prepare for all their meetings along with the IOC Executive Board and all the Olympic Congresses. ANOC often suggests the IOC about the usage of funds exracted from the television rights for the NOCs. The major National Olympic Committees around the world are,

National Olympic Committee is instrumental in the development and growth of sports and specially athletics. The National Olympic Committee of a particular continent helps the sports persons of their respective continents and countries. This organization also helps in training the sports administrators of their countries for carrying out the sports related duties properly and running the sports authority in their respective countries. They also organize educational programs for the sports persons and trainers.
